Glorious, amazing, creamy macaroni and cheese. What could be better? Nothing comes to mind right this minute, so I’ll just have to stick with the mac & cheese. I love it with some protein – fried tofu or grilled chicken or steak and some Sriracha (rooster sauce) drizzled all over the top.
